Cummings district has a higher H.S. graduation rate than any of Alabamas district except 6th. Cummings district has a higher median income than any except the 6th (which is not surprising considering the cost of living there). Cummings district also has, according to U.S. Census Bureau, a lower poverty level than any Alabama district except the 5th and 6th.
If Cummings district is third-world then so is most of Alabama. (Of course, Cummings district isn't actually third world and neither is ALabama. It is just fake news spread by willfully illteriate people).
