He does this because he’s an attention seeker.
His tweets are only hurting himself. It makes him look weak, whiny and spoiled.
No way he goes out peacefully if he loses in November. This is just the beginning.

People are sitting in jail indefinitely without the Constitutional right to a speedy trial. That's a much bigger deal than this, IMO. So if that's possible, so is this.
