Wrongful death is the obvious one. Grief, suffering, and mental anguish are legitimate damages incurred when the death is caused by another parties death. We need our media to tell the truth. They did no investigation, they pushed a narrative and people died. Slam dunk. People who lost jobs, entrepreneurs that lost businesses, etc. they should pay for the damages caused. This is bigger than we can imagine!

So, who, specifically is the defendant here? CNN? You're going to sue CNN because a doctor wouldn't prescribe a medication that hasn't been approved by the FDA for COVID 19?

You can sue anyone.

Whether they remain as a defendant past all the pre-trial motions and any interlocutory appeals, is another matter.

You're getting downvoted, but you're right. Some people on here starting to sound as "off the deep end" as the left.

I’m suing CNN and others for lying to me about the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine. I’m sure they knew the truth, anyone with a brain does. I’m suing them for scaring me into believing that it would kill me because someone drank fish tank cleaner. They had a narrative they were pushing and it wasn’t the truth. This has led, without a doubt to enumerable deaths. You sue the corporations and then you go after the individuals. Anderson Cooper is heir to the Vanderbilt’s, yeah I want some of that!

I responded to two separate questions with the same answer because the questions were almost the same. You are easily offended!

What party do you anticipate will to sue for defamation here?

nobody

This isn't "defamation", this is "damages" if somebody kept someone from getting a drug that works.

Bless your heart though!
