Thank him for that - that was his shining moment and day in the sun. But it was several years ago and he is past his expiration date and needs to step aside. Truthfully, should have realized it was his crowning achievement and retired on a positive note.

Can we please shut up about this, its the BARE minimum a majority leader is supposed to do. There are a myriad of things he could have done to further Trump's agenda and he did not do it.
