You MIGHT prove this in a lab.
The real world is not a lab.
The real world is people improperly wearing masks, improperly touching masks, not properly sanitizing masks, not properly storing masks.
So my supposed asymptomatic covid positive co worker in an effort to protect me creates this covid infested bomb he wears over his mouth and he touches it 500 times a day, lays it on a desk, stuffs in his pocket, hangs from his mirror.
He and the world are much better off if he wore no mask at all.
That's the real world, not a theory about what might happen in a lab experiment.
Washing hands and not touching face are infinitely more critical than masks but of course those things do not provide virtue signaling and power trips for politicians.

Anyone know an attorney willing to do pro bono on a class action suit? I think they can get a good settlement out of this.
Here is a link to suit filed in FL. The Attorneys at the end probably know folks in LA.

Read the order. Most of these orders have to include medical exemptions, and it's funny because of HIPAA, they can't ask you what's wrong with you. The problem is most people don't know about the exemptions, so if you get told to put one on, and tell them about it, they will still try to force you.
True. I refuse to wear one. Home Depot, Publix, Walmart are not enforcing. Pinch-A-Penny pool store tried. I simply said I can't and the young man said why? I told him to ask his boss about HIPAA and ADA. They sold me what I need and I left.

Broom didn’t consult with EBR Sherriffs office or the DA. She’s fricked. This order is officially dead, at least for everywhere but BR Proper. She probably didn’t even speak with BRPD either.

i'm just blown away that leo is allowing this because all the money spent on facial recog is going down the drain. now when there's lawlessness, the main way of distinguishing and recognizing people is not available. it's like the black knight in monty python.

The CDC said healthy people do not need to wear a mask. If Distancing 6 feet works? Why are mask then needed? Wearing a mask too long is unhealthy.
