How the frick did that thing leak? ESPECIALLY the booking portion of the video?

Admittedly, I may have missed some tidbit so, I'm open to hearing what I missed. But it sure looks like the police have some splainin to do. Link for those who don't see it on this site.............I just don't see how the police shouldn't be called to task for leaking

A video and context would be nice.

There really wasn’t any reason to release that video at all. I interpreted it as her saying this will embarrass my boyfriend who happens to be a New York Yankee. She complied the entire time.

This seems like something that should be revisited then.

I see no justification for it unless there's a conviction. Until then, leaking is bull shite.

Those videos are police evidence. They are somewhat protected until trial usually.

Hell, in the vid...……..booking cop literally says, "this won't be public unless you make it public"

And, well, she didn't, and it is...……...

It’s the recording of the state at work, public property. The arrest is or will be public record anyway. I agree she wasn’t being a cu-nty “do you know who my bf is” but the girl was drunk, she violated the law.

She mentioned her boyfriend not to intimidate anyone but to further explain how much trouble SHE will be in. Or at least, that's how I interpreted it. Those cops were actually pretty decent at interacting with her.

This video is evidence that people will nitpick, overanalyze, and destroy people for no teal reason or care how it affects them. A semi celebs girlfriend, the high tech gossip circuit lights up.

TMZ or whatever group that released it probably paid good money for This too.

It’s not hard to figure out. Some cops are on the payroll of sites like TMZ. They tip them off to arrests and leak video to them for large amounts of money.

i agree with all of this.

She has the spoiled mentality that because this is bad for her, something must be done. But, that's it.

She is polite and seems intelligent. I don't know who Aaron Judge is, but my opinion of him went up a couple of notches for having the sense and maturity to date someone like her.

I don't know how it works where she got arrested, but they typically can't release stuff like this in Alabama on pending cases without getting special dispensation first. State attorney general giving approval, that sort of thing.

I audit local governments in Alabama and sometimes they can't even give us certain information on pending court cases.

Pretty chickenshit for this stuff to be released until someone is formally indicted or goes to trial. This is the same kind of shite they did to Trump... let's throw out a lot of innuendo and supposition and "evidence," and when there is no trial or legal proceedings, he has no way to formally defend himself.

If it isn't against the law to put stuff like this out in the public domain, it should be.

That's my feeling.

I mean, someone said it was a matter of public record but that's just silly. Using that logic, basically, it means the state can not only frick with you, but then, the fact they fricked with you suddenly eliminates YOUR privacy.
