Well, retrospectively speaking, Obama was aware that he had already conspired with Killary and Komey at the time, putting Russiagate into motion, so ... who knows. It might posdibly be used against him to show intent and premeditation in a court of law.
Why was he so sure Trump would never be POTUS?
