Some of us have the foresight to know what is happening. A friend of mine works for a large property management company.
92% of residential rents were made on April 1. This is actually in line with an average month.
50% of office space rents were made on April 1. That includes all offices, even Class A space.
12% of retail space rents were made on April 1. Does that not concern you? I, like you, have set up a home office and I am doing fine. Haven't missed a paycheck and don't anticipate missing one. But that doesn't give me the right not to be concerned about what is going on.

California has shut down beaches, parks, hiking and biking trails. Even the boardwalks are shut down. Basically I can sit in my back yard.
