I can point to history all the way back to the quasi wars.
Maybe there is a difference in these terms:
- declare war
Vs
- military force used.
Maybe if you tried looking it up, you would find the history and the difference in meaning.

Have you ever noticed how there’s a group of people on here who stick together and never criticize each other or participate in threads that are positive? Just like my OP has 8 downvotes with a much larger majority acknowledging massie just focuses on Trump? No. And I made it clear in another thread: I’m also opposed to sending the dissidents any “passive” assistance (guns, money, advisors). History tells me it’s never a wise investment for this country.
