Massie is not really worth discussing at this point.

He is not behaving as a rational actor.

Just ignore him. He is only in it for the attention.

That’s his prerogative and decision, I have no clue what goes on at the highest levels of the government when military action is taken. I think it’s odd people on a message board always think they know what’s going on in other countries based off of internet chatter.
Fair enough. Based solely on the President’s words about Iran and protesters, do you think he should?

Love that your TDS has you twisting. Where did Trump say he would declare war??

Thats right. He didn't. So why are you arguing a point that isnt a point at all.

This goes all the way back the 1790s. Sorry you dont like our founding and our history. Maybe you should move to a more Roger type of nation.

Maybe look into the 1964 act.

You do this with everything Roger. I mean everything. You have this idea of what America is based on what you have been fed. Yet history doesnt line up with it.

Ever consider what you were taught was simply wrong?

Just like with free trade. Remember, the nations you dont like... they set a goal to push the USA into free trade with them. Why?

What happens when his bluff is called?

War or TACO?

Probably a mixture of both...like with what appears to have happened in Nigeria...STILL no verification of any casualties in that strike.

Don’t belong to any party. Sorry to disappoint you.

Oh, I will. I’ll just continue to not engage with you. For the aforementioned reasons.

I can point to history all the way back to the quasi wars.

Maybe there is a difference in these terms:

- declare war

Vs

- military force used.

Maybe if you tried looking it up, you would find the history and the difference in meaning.

I hope his message gets across so we don’t have to. I am curious how Massie knows better of what’s going on than Trump and why he made it about oil instead of protests.

The posters that are mad about this thread openly advocate for open borders as “conservatives” but now ignoring freedom of speech. Even Massie as a libertarian should be defending speech here against a regime like Iran.

How is protecting Iranian protesters considered a national emergency or protecting national interests?

Which is when the Prez can act without Congress.

TFW you realize that America was globalist before Trump but your TDS wouldn’t let you admit it.

TFW you shift from “drain the swamp” and “America first” to “status quo” and “appease MsLinseys war list” but your TWS doesn’t let you admit you’ve been had.

Have you ever noticed how there’s a group of people on here who stick together and never criticize each other or participate in threads that are positive? Just like my OP has 8 downvotes with a much larger majority acknowledging massie just focuses on Trump? Like Roger is a dumb bastard and none of these other accounts ever criticize his amount of posting or the way he behaves but always say that about other users?

Yeah. These few have never been Teump supporters. Not in 2015, 2016... etc.

They are and will always be the Rick Wilson of the pt. They believe pretty much everything he does.

They are uni party...some are leftists.

No. And I made it clear in another thread: I’m also opposed to sending the dissidents any “passive” assistance (guns, money, advisors). History tells me it’s never a wise investment for this country.
