But what I actually said was that a drunk moron in a vehicle attempting to elude capture is capable of incredible carnage. And it indeed appears this guy has a long rap sheet and apparently was familiar with the inside of a jail cell.
Driving and running over people while intoxicated is a crime and very likely will lead to hard prison time. Combine animalistic ethics and a low IQ and it certainly could be a possibility the perp was simply attempting to avoid a return to the hoosegow.
Absent any toxicology reports, it is just a theory. Again, I am simply offering it as a possibility.

Gov't doesn't want them to fix it / grow out of it - they want to perpetuate it. Thugs easy to control their vote.
Answer is not to participate in the race war - we gotta clean up the rot at the top first - only then we can deal with all the other many issues in our society.

in this case, the rot is bottom up. the “community” had it better by every measurable metric until the great society replaced fathers with bureaucracy. there is no policy initiative or amount of lump sum payments that will change that.
