And then what? Are you sure SCOTUS is going to rule against their peers and their profession? The clerical class, white collar professionals, are as they always have been since middle class came to be, loyal to their internal ethics more than anything else, esp the constitution.

SCOTUS is not going to save trump. The whole rotten judicial system has allowed the degradation our society one ruling after another. Our founding fathers feared the idea of a superior not equal judicial system for a reason. Jefferson was on the verge of restricting most federal courts when Marbury vs Maddison created they myth of judicial superiority that is behind what we are now seeing.

What can Trump do? Obama set this up long ago, Biden pushed it further and the last act of the last congress was to give the Dems a huge number of judges. They have doped the system to favor the radical left.

I've said this over and over, until the judges feel pressure from the people, they are going to continue to act like they are beyond the fray. The progs understood this and organized protest to show the Judges that they were indeed within the fray. I've seen naught from the MAGA boys in this regard.

Congress needs to pass legislation but Trump needs to stop tilting at this shite and work things through senate affirmation as Ron Paul as said. Give these policy decisions some legislative support would do a lot to undermine activist Judges.
