CLAIM: Election files deleted

BOTTOM LINE: This is misleading. As stated above, servers have space limitations. Files are not deleted; they are archived. The Senate never subpoenaed our EMS archives.

CLAIM: 263,139 corrupt ballot images on the county’s EMS server.

BOTTOM LINE: This is inaccurate. The server isn't the place to find all ballot images. We provided the hard drives that contain all ballot images and confirmed these images were not corrupted and could be opened.

LOL at MC for trying to "fact check" a cyber audit on Twitter.

Depends on which RAID. If it's RAID 1 (mirroring), deleting one deletes the other minutes later.

Only if all drives are mounted. You could remove one or more of the configured drives physically and that data would be retained but unusable.

The audit team took these excuses into account.

I would hope so. I find this whole thing fascinating and can't wait to hear the back and forth of it to see where it stands.

I am hoping that the auditors "prevail". Not only because 'frick Biden'...but, it makes for the most interesting scenario and it will be amazing to live through

Seems like those two "facts" contradict each other, no?

Even this is misleading, because of the space limitation itself, the data isn't "technically" deleted, just over-written, but it is deleted in the common understanding of the word "deleted".

These mfers need to learn to code.

We are in uncharted waters. For the first time in our 245 year history, a state has certified and sent electors to the Electoral College for the wrong candidate.

At the very least I hope this causes Republicans in WI, MI, PA and GA to get off of their duffs and do a real forensic audit.

Maybe if Maricopa would have responded to the subpoenas, they wouldn't have to be "fact checking" anything. We all know that they didn't want to cooperate with the audit though.

I can think of at least four that would fit this description. Probably more.
