Cyber Ninjas may have misspelled “spoliation of evidence and obstruction of justice.” Just. Wow. This is pretty bad for the Maricopa County BOS,

You are one completely deluded human.

I guess you forgot when the Ninja Cyber posse said before that the County had deleted files.

Just to refresh your memory:
quote:

A contractor said he was able to recover data that the Senate’s election audit team previously accused Maricopa County of deleting, undermining a serious allegation the audit publicly lodged against county election officials.

During a hearing in the Senate on Tuesday afternoon, Ben Cotton, founder of the digital forensics company CyFIR, a subcontractor on Senate President Karen Fann’s audit team, said he recovered the files after properly configuring the hard drive where the data was stored.

“I’ve been able to recover all of those deleted files, and I have access to that data,” Cotton said.

Cotton’s explanation indicates that county officials were correct when they said no files had been deleted.

Says it right there in bold.

Have you never heard of a criminal "deleting" a computer file only to have a police forensic IT guy "recover" them?

Really?

What, were they in a RAID configuration?

He doesn't say that the files weren't deleted. Just that they were recovered.

I am skeptical but if they got the goods, they got the goods. I am waiting to form an opinion based upon the strength of the rebuttal.

Edit to add link to types of hard drive configurations and what it means to the user: Hard Drive Configuration types

But, but the audit actually increased Biden's vote count! The people who committed the fraud and the media told me so.

Depends on which RAID. If it's RAID 1 (mirroring), deleting one deletes the other minutes later.
