Trump did this in his first term as well. In 2019, regular press briefings collapsed. At one point they went 6 months without having a briefing.

You’re absolutely wrong on this. Trump had a consistent press secretary even with changes. Stop lying. You’re just dumb at this point. Trump even went to the podium more during his first term than Biden ever did appearances total. He was there almost daily during Covid.
