I never understood this. How are Mike Lindell and Sidney's cases thrown out and Fox is writing checks? Surely Fox has a superior legal team, no?.

The Fox News leadership team decided to remove Bartiromo in August, according to a person familiar with the matter, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
The immediate impetus for the decision involved Bartiromo’s disclosure of confidential information to the Trump White House, the source told CNN.
According to Status and Puck, two media industry publications, Bartiromo wanted to devote time on her show to conspiratorial claims – pushed by Trump – about China and the 2020 election.
But a Fox executive directed the network not to cover the conspiracy theories, the source told CNN.
Bartiromo then showed White House officials a text message of the network guidance, as if to say it wasn’t her fault that the story wasn’t getting airtime on Fox.
Word of Bartiromo’s disclosure got back to Fox management, and it was deemed a violation of her employment agreement.

I just looked for a video confirming what Paul Drake posted. This was the first thing I found. Is he not reliable? Did he say something that was inaccurate?

What I find comical about the denial of any election improprieties in 2020:
1) I went to bed thinking Trump had won, and like a Christmas Miracle the counting of mail-in ballots tilted the election.
2) The expectation that "proof" must be provided to question the outcome in 2020 by every major news outlet while Hillary was allowed to allege Russian interference only 4 years prior in the absence of any evidence, the Mueller investigation that produced nothing, and BS impeachment followed.
3) Had they let Trump win in 2020, the country would already be done with him. As it is, they have to contend with him until 2028.
It's a life lesson in being careful for what you wish.
