The left are so crazy lately that most people won’t even wear a Trump shirt, MAGA hat or put a sticker on their car. Those people aren’t going to tell a pollster they are voting MAGA. Those people save the house and GOP gains in the Senate.

MAGA

Of course. The violent left will attack anyone who dares have an opposing opinion. They don’t know why they hate trump. But they do know they must violently attack those who don’t.

I think there is some truth to this among certain demographics and in certain areas.

I think in blue collar areas, people aren't scared to publicly voice support for trump.

But in educated, upper class areas like St George, Louisiana, you see a lot of people keep quiet about their support for him, due to stigma and angry looks from suburban women or what not.

Trump outperformed his polling numbers among college educated whites.

I wear a MAGA cap 5/7 days a week out in public. Nothing on the left scares me. I voted for him in 2016 and would do it again a thousand times over.

If Biden runs he will be a strong opponent. MAGA will have his work cut out for him.

Not so much scared as wise.

A good example of the man in Minnesota last week who had his truck vandalized beyond repair with anti Trump graffiti. By voting for Trump I am talking about voting GOP in the midterms.

I fall into that category myself. Not trying to get my house or car firebombed. Screw that noise. Full on MAGA though

My issue with this silent majority that we frequently speak of is, how big of a silent majority actually is there? Enough to overcome the rabid left? I pray so for the country at large.

No one wants their house egged or yard destroyed due to Trump sign. Too much filth on left to chance it.

Let your vote do the talking

This is true, but I'm not sure it translates down to local, state, and non-presidential federal elections.

There is a bit of a social desirability effect that probably misses a small percentage the pro-Trump or Republican vote. In a close race this small percentage can matter. The social desirability effect can be partly estimated from the difference in results for phone surveys and internet surveys. For the former, there is an interaction between the survey respondent and the person asking questions, so social desirability can take over and prompt some voters to deny a Trump (or Republican) vote. For the latter, there is no social contact, and so social desirability is less of a problem and people are more willing to express their honest opinions.

It’s almost like even hippie folk like me see this schreeching, moonbat fricking mob for what it is and will quietly vote against them next week.

I've told 4 people. My wife and 3 of my closest friends who are all mostly apolitical but married to lefties, in the hope of opening their minds a little. I won't tell anyone else. My wife is on board at least after me constantly showing her the lunacy that is the modern left. We're currently on a kick of watching Steven Crowder videos together.

The guy I work with still has a Hillary sign in his yard and bitches about Trump supporters constantly...so I'm not gonna open that can of worms in the workplace.

6 more years to go

I have that problem with LSU paraphanalia in my yard. Use to display it close to the road but it kept disappearing or getting destroyed. I now keep it up close to the house. There are some childish pricks out there.

I saw a dude today in the airport wearing a Trump 45 shirt. I thought too myself "wow that dude's got some balls" then my next thought was "frick it actually makes me sad to think that."
