The rowing coach put her on a list of potential recruits which put her in an entirely separate pool of candidates (i.e., athletes) that have entirely different academic requirements for admission.

I’ve tried, but I cannot drum up outrage over people cheating to get their kid into a certain college.
It seems wrong to spend any time or energy thinking about it at all. Much less conducting a huge FBI investigation and sending people to jail over it.

It's not like she's some innocent she knew her parents where paying to fake her grade. If she didn't know then she really is dumb.

She was on a friend's dads yacht on Spring break with said friend and others. Of course, the friend's dad is the head of USC Board of Trustees. But she wasn't "playing the yachting game with wealthy players." Don't just make up crap simply because you want to make up crap.

According to my daughter, you start an instagram page or youtube channel. Then you get yourself alot of followers. Then you get paid to shill other peoples products. Show yourself "taking care of your face at night", for example, and get paid by the company whose products you are using. Apparently, it's a big business.
