And you're argument is to lock him up, what should he have done? You suggest he should've let this pedo go free, because "he is old"? That makes it worse. He should've never been let out of jail the first time. Now that he is old, he no longer fears life in prison, and has been emboldened to do the nasty stuff he used to do.
At a minimum, he should have "had a talk" with the old felon. He should also have sought another protective order, and he should determine why the first one was allowed to expire.

I knew you would pop in and go after the child's dad. Your idea is stupid...he had already spoken to the pedophile and why go get a piece of paper that has shown to be worthless in stopping a crime. The police couldn't do anything until the PEDOPHILE had actually sexually assaulted the man's child so the man had to protect his child by any means necessary. This is why your people, the pedophile, should be locked up for life after 1 strike. There is no fixing a pedophile well unless you have a moose antler.

I remember. He said they don't escape and they are not a threat to society so they shouldn't be put in maximum prisons. He also said he could make a vocal argument that child molesters are victims too.

I feel this way.
Anyone who is soft on pedophilia needs to be relentlessly hounded. Damaging kids with drugs (thanks teachers) and pedophilia (thanks pedos) has caused irreparable harm.

What people don't see is when you get molested it kills your spirit and soul. Being molested is a life sentence of dealing with it so the molester should get a Life sentence too.

Think about how frustrated the Dad had to be to finally go rush the pedophiles house and do what he did to protect his child. The pedophile should have never been released from his first conviction.

Maybe this guy thought that the only conceivable solution was murdering an old man who had not yet committed any crime. He made a choice. His choice was to commit murder. now, he gets to face the music.
