I find it weird that they say he dies later but he was no responsive when his wife was recording and she claimed he was dead then. I'm waiting for the autopsy but think this one stinks a little.

Do you think he'd be dead, if he hadn't run?
If he hadn't been combative, allegedly?
If his wife hadn't smacked their child around?

5 cops could have detained him without killing him
Thug cops thought they may face punishment for abusing citizens
So called good cops would stop standing up and protecting low life in uniform

according to the truth, medical personnel stabilized him enroute to the hospital.

Again, Why was the GW investigating a DV case? When he saw that the man wasn't involved why was he still confronting the man.

I don't know. I asked that question as well. Still a lot of questions not answered, and more info is needed, especially the autopsy report.

I have seen a thousand people in Tigerland be subdued by multiple drunk college aged bouncers. And not a single damn one resulted in a death. Maybe we should hire the Reggies bouncers to train our police, they could teach them a thing or two

Now, imagine if those same bouncers could kill people without any fear of being prosecuted. Do you think the number of deaths are likely to increase?

The guys wife slapped the guys daughter, he wasn't just a by standard. there is a fair chance the guy got himself involved.

Your fellow cop hate said it was truth. Just using yalls words...

quote:

Officers said paramedics then loaded Luis Rodriguez into an ambulance where they administered medical assistance to him. According to the report, it was at this time that Luis Rodriguez stopped breathing and he was then taken to Moore Medical Center where he was stabilized

Paramedics and ER's will have paper trails stating their observations and actions. Unless they're also complicit with the police.

Folks don't want to hear the truth, that you have to comply in the course of a criminal investigation, which is what that became.

based on the cops own report...he didnt.

The GW, even after assessing the situation realized he wasnt involved, yet the GW still decided HE was needing "investigative detention"

According to officers, after repeated requests, Luis Rodriguez continued to refuse to give police his identification and took on a "fighting stance." According to the report, Minard then attempted to place Luis Rodriguez into investigative detention until the incident was further investigated

Seems they assessed him to be a danger, and not truthful perhaps. They were within their duties to detain him.

At this point I expect some of the people that have been defending the police to admit that the cops fricked this up from the beginning.

Yeah, I would like to see that.

In criminal investigations, you do. Why do you think someone arrested sits in jail until they give corroborating info as to their ID?

Cops may shoot your dog, break into your home, put a young girl on the pavement for walking across the street. They may even gang tackle a man and kill him, but for you to suggest they would go so far as to lie or distort the truth is just crazy.

Why does it mater if the guy does on the scene or later? What did the cops do to make the wife say he was dead and that he wasn't breathing in her video? She didn't say he was hurt. She said he was dead. That's odd.
