Abortion is a privilege specifically for women. Women also have the privilege to force a man to take care of her child even if the man/dad doesn't want it.
If men were given the same opportunity to avoid parenthood as women, then he could have pursued that path.
I'm seriously considering starting a gofundme for that guy's defense simply to prove the ridiculousness of abortion.
I'm atheist and even I know abortion is murder. All the laws on our books highlight that we value life to include in the womb.
If we're going to allow women the privilege to void parenthood, then give men the same privilege.
And yes my argument has flaws - abortion is murder but if we both can do it then it's cool. My real argument or aim is to force change in our laws. If abortion is legal, then change the other laws and this man is innocent. If it's not legal, then everything stands.
