How colossally stupid does one have to be to get arrested as a 60+ year old man out on a bike ride in DC.
Ride your bike. Wear your gay-arse little cycling outfit pretending your are in Tour de France. Mind your business and go the frick home. Why are you harassing a national park service employee? It wasn't her decision to perform routine maintenance and update the reflection pond. She's just out there doing her job.

There’s growing discussion around this. The phosphate levels found in the CNN sample were unnaturally high compared to the city drinking water used for the initial fill. Phosphates are a key ingredient in fertilizer.
Remember the park service has reported that equipment has had to be secured due to vandalism threats. The mall and pool have already been confirmed to be vandalized.

It's peeling. So many pictures are out.
I don't blame the president just the contractor. Seems rushed and this is what you get when rushed. It'll need to be redone again at tax payer expense.
But since in this board anything negative towards the current admin is seen as TDS you're down voted and called out. But in a few more days everyone will agree it's peeling.

Pretty sure all that is from a vandal cutting a large piece and then peeling it up. Though I'm not quite so sure a correctly applied industrial sealant can be pulled up from its surface like its a wet towel.
And they arrested a cyclist who moved a hose that a park employee was using. The peeling may partially been his fault too.
