Its obvious as day the Ukrainians did it.The ukrianians benefit by forcing Russia to have to evacuate a large portion of Kherson Oblast, and possibly risk having a nuclear melt down at the power plant.

If you flip the script to the 1980’s, the USSR spent themselves silly over a 10 year Afghanistan-Soviet war. The US supported the Sunni’s. Of course our exit of support left a vacuum of power and led to outsiders like Bin Laden to create terror cells and the rest is history.
