Give me a break. You’re simplifying the issue. This guy was organizing massive protests and disruptions on a college campus. He was instrumental in leading groups of people to intimidate Jews and spew hatred against them.
Newsflash, Gaza/Hamas are enemies of the United States and Israel. We support Israel militarily and always will.
This is no different than if a foreign Russian National was here on a student visa and started organizing massive protests against Ukrainians on a college campus by shutting down classrooms, intimidating Ukrainians from coming out of their dorm rooms, and leading marches against Ukraine.
How do you think that would go over?

They can't deport him right now. He has a habeas corpus case pending in New Jersey and the immigration judge has given him until April 23rd to file an application to stop the deportation. He's not going anywhere yet.
