the term "jab" was popularized during the covid lockdowns to describe an individual, injected covid vaccine dose - so that's how I read the OP. Anyone with kids knows that there aren't 72 unique vaccines required for infants and children.

The problem with the OP as well as the White House release, is using the total injection number of 72 to compare with the VACCINE number of 11 in Europe and not the total injection number yet labeling it as such
