Yes I understand but I stand by what I said. I think he gets a lot accomplished. Maybe not as much as he hopes but he probably has already been building a team and gathering information in anticipation. He wouldn't have said $2 trillion if he didn't have information to back it up. Elon is not a shoot from the hip kind of guy.

If he goes slow and steady? yes
If he goes fast, then nothing will ultimately get accomplished. They'll get an injunction to delay implementation and the court cases won't resolve for years. Then when its found they violated the APA, they go back to square one.
That 2nd example was a recurring theme during Trump's first administration. They would try shite, get it enjoined for years pending litigation, and then lose for violating the APA.

BTW, I make too much to qualify for any handouts. Just getting that out there ahead of your retort and my business did not take any SBA loans because we kept rolling and it wasn't needed. Unlike a lot of people, I don't seek to game the system.

To be fair, a few of the owns in the later pages look more like people that wanted trump to win, but that had lost faith in the establishment letting it happen.
