This is what I mean, dude. You saw this alarming, sensational headline and refused to research if there was some sort of routine explanation.
It turns out, there *was* an explanation, per OCR coders who analyzed the files.
It APPEARS that the email is referring to a 9 year old female because of these characters. Except the actual email has a 1 where the characters are and shows that it is referring to someone who is 19 yo, not 9 yo.
