Starbucks has a horrible turnover. The 'help wanted' sign has been up for years.
The average employee tenure at our place is about 6 months.

Private business, they can do whatever they want.

When the unwashed hobos start squatting there and running off business, they will change the policy or die on the PC vine.

That's always been there policy.

In college I worked in a Starbucks Cafe and customers would complain that homeless when come off the street to get out of the cold and were loitering and we were told Starbucks didn't have a loitering policy as most people would order one coffee and grab a book and sit there all day and read.

However if a homeless person comes in my store and unrolls a sleeping bag I will ask them to leave.

Wait till the homeless start making camp inside and chasing out real customers
