Yap, just have your whole Saturday revolve around them entertaining you

They're in training to be paid entertainers. So, yeah, the entertainment they provide on Saturdays and eventually Sundays is what value they bring to most people. I don't really care to support musicians' and actors' causes either if I don't agree with said causes.

Wow

They aren’t even human beings to you. That’s kind of sad. You don’t even care to hide it

Shuddup & play, right?

Schools can’t afford a “strike”. The coaches, administrators, and the universities depend on that cash. The players have leverage. They will win.

There are so many things wrong with that link. I'll let you guess at least 2 of them.

Quite a leap you just took there.

They're more than free to protest whatever they care to protest. That doesn't mean I also have to support everything they do. It's really not a difficult concept.

But if jock sniffing is your thing, to each his own

Just because I don’t care about a waiters/waitresses political views when I go to a restaurant doesn’t mean I don’t view them as human.

The idea where you can agree with 90% of something but are called racist because of the 10% you dont agree with is when I draw the line.

All of the information you need along with the support of where it came from is on that website, so please tell me the issues, other than you don’t like it.

Pretty much this. I don't expect our football team to care one iota about issues that are important to me, so why should I be expected to support causes that may be important to them? Because I happen to be an LSU fan and they play football for LSU? Seems a little silly

First, it compares deaths with overall population. That doesn't account for death per encounter, which is a much more relevant number.

No they don’t. It’s just convenient for them to virtue signal now.

They didn’t do any of this shite when Wayde Sims was shot by a black man.

I get the pessimism toward BLM for the lack of talk about Black on Black murder, but the statement above is true. Black Lives Do Matter. That's all they're saying.

If that's all the BLM movement was about, you'd have a lot more people supporting it. Go to their website and read what they want. It isn't just people recognizing they matter

You don’t care about it

You just want to make sure they know & everyone else knows you are here to fight it & oppose it and make it as hard as possible for them
