Besides being shitty for numerous reasons, when I went home in October, I was appalled just how filthy and trashy the state was from litter. Its like people Don’t give a shite whatsoever

So close. He could only defund education or healthcare due to the limitations of the state constitution.
THATS where Jindal failed - not pushing a constitutional convention. That's the first thing this state needs to do and Rispone was the first gubernatorial candidate I can remember openly running to do just that

I live in Destin and it infuriates me when I see tourists from Louisiana, Alabama. And Mississippi just throw shite out of their car windows like it’s normal. It’s not normal. I’ve seen people throw out dirty diapers and fast food bags and cigarette butts and beer cans
