Here we go… It was only a matter of time before the DOJ-NSD architects of the Trump targeting operation came out from the shadows.

quote:

Mary McCord surfaces today with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos to outline what her team has currently constructed, including the specific targeting approaches her DOJ-NSD and Lawfare crew have put together.

As noted by McCord, the ‘obstruction of justice’ angle is a repeat of the threat used by the Deep State to keep the criminal conduct of the DOJ-NSD from being exposed.

quote:

McCord is the architect, the actual person putting lawfare strategy into lawfare ink and action, for the Trump targeting operations.

So, using acid wash and hammers is okay but keeping documents in a secure location with Secret Service detail is obstruction of justice.

Yeah, good luck with that

Obstruction/resisting/perjury are all tools the gov uses to punish people who have done nothing wrong.

Some of the good independent media liberals have pointed out that the Espionage Act is the catch-all to hammer people who embarrass the regime/intelligence community like Ellsberg, Assange, and Snowden.

That’s actually not true. If you interfere in an investigation, even if the underlying investigation of the crime is found to be unfounded and no charges are brought, you can still be convicted of obstruction.

I’ll allow it.

When they say they’re going to do something it’s been an epic fail every time. Always overconfident and wildly arrogant. They think they’re so much more evolved than and superior to Joe Q. Public that there’s really no need to even prepare and plan, and consider contingencies. Just wake up and wing it, they’re so good.
