that was intense. the first time he went down i don't think as a civilian i would have stopped firing.
good thing the other police officer was out of "harm's way" if there is such a thing in that instance to allow him to get off a clean shot again.

That is a great illustration of why cops shoot multiple times. One or two 9mm rounds won’t usually stop a person. They just don’t have enough hydrostatic shock effect to drop a person like we perceive them to do from watching TV and movies.
7 rounds in that guys back the other day was not excessive force. It took that many to stop him.
Cops should go back to using 40 or 45 cal. Big difference.

I doubt he hit every shot in the first volley trying back off like. Looked like a straight head shot at the end, ballsy with the other cop right there. Hope the guy didn't get his carotid with the knife. Scary arse situation.
