Yep. It's almost like they don't understand what is happening. Doesn't begin to touch Trump or any collusion with the Russians. Totally unrelated to both.
Just a businessman that is alleged to have broken the law.
Sad that the libs are so unable to grasp what has actually happened and what hasn't.

There is no need for a Trump supporter to melt over today's indictments. No reason for an anti-Trumper to gloat.
Tomorrow may bring new concerns for one or the other but today is sort of meh.

This is the kind of moral victory I love.
Liberals are celebrating that a previous associate of the campaign is being charged with a crime for something not related to the campaign that happened years ago.
They don't know how to win.

Starting a thread to say you aren’t melting isn’t a great way to dampen suspicions that you’re melting.
This wasn’t Chernobyl, but still not a good day for the WH by any stretch. The Papadopolous conviction isn’t even something people outside DoJ were tracking. See some potential bear traps in that one.

For one second let's entertain the idea that Mueller has the goods on Trump.
After watching Trump for 2 years do they really think he will go off into the sunset without burning all of DC down in his wake?
It almost makes me wish they really would go after him. The carnage would be amazing to watch.

This in fact gets to the common fatal flaw with any liberal I have seen over the last 40 plus years of my adult life...
Their rhetoric and politics have little to do with reality.

two questions:
what do you think liberals think the indictments today means?
what do you think the ideal scenario for liberals if all of this plays out ?

The threads like this are proof that you are melting.

This was being sold as straight up treason and the theft of an election by an American businessman turned insurgent puppet for the Russians. The most heinous act in the history of politics.
A year later the lynch mob comes back with a 10 year old money laundering charge on a guy that worked for trump for a whole 2 months, and libs are looking for a football to spike.
It's pretty satisfying.

campaign manager. unregistered foreign agent. but nobody is saying that this indictment IS the proof. but that there is something fishy going on, and we want to know more.

why would we think that arresting ANYONE is a touchdown? don't you think that it would actually be the very necessary arresting of criminals for doing criminal activity?

So, I think the best way for me to answer these questions is this...
1st of all I think that the media has turned political reporting into a sort of "gotcha" game. This is arguably a jaded view but would be hard to debunk.
I said that to say I have no trust whatsoever in mainstream media to take the time and effort to research and report a story in such way that is substantive and creditable.
Now to answer your 1st question in lite of what I just said: I think generally the Liberals use the laziness of the mainstream media to further a narrative that suites their agenda... So it does not matter what they really think, It only matters how they are gonna spin the headlines...
2nd question: Ideal scenario is they are able find a way to connect everything bad ( whether real or imagined...) back to Trump and in so doing enable them to demonize both capitalism and conservatism...
