Talking about this with my 13 year old son yesterday and I was explaining to him that one of the tenants of Anti-Racist Ideology is the idea that ALL white people ARE racist. And, more importantly, White Fragility essentially means refusing to accept that and daring to defend yourself by suggesting you're not. The retort is usually, "Well, that's EXACTLY what a racist would say!"
Kid looked at me and threw his hands up and said, "That's exactly what an innocent person would say too, isn't it?!? That's just like the old witch trials!"
