I saw that happen live. You can feel it watching, and the judge is a fair judge not yelling at defense objecting in a preliminary hearing.
Be careful of X----all kinds of aggregation saying Tyler laughed as Erika cried.
It seems to be a twist of old footage with his lawyer? Who knows
They are saying its from the daily mail.
DJTJ and his wife, with CKs parents and Erika are said to be in the court room. Candace running at the mouth like diarrhea...with her whore mouth saying show trial...

So the prosecution first witness, Office Bagley, was first to arrive to the roof of the loci center. His body camera runs out of battery and he has no idea who the person is that was with him so he/ she can be questioned.
And people wonder why conspiracy theories are a thing?
