Absolutely. He's a snake.

I really don’t believe he’s making these decisions on his own.

JBE is the textbook definition of a party hack. He’s taking his orders from somebody else.

He literally took money from pro abortion groups for his reelection campaign while claiming to be even more pro life than the average republican.

I do like that the LDH was essentially parroting what they were told to say by exec counsel about not being able to deal with nursing homes. LDH suggested that they (LDH) could not help or oversee nursing homes if the order goes away? LOL. Then the suggesting that FEMA wouldn't help any Parishes because only GOSHEP can deal with them that somehow GOSHEP no longer has the ability to do anything because of the order being stripped? So then I have to ask - what is every other state doing that is already opened up? Are there LDH/GOSHEP arms completely stripped of power? I seem to doubt that.

I could see JBE extending past 5-15 out of spite of the efforts of Seabaugh and Miguez. This is the guy who threatened a money making entity (LSU Football) because the legislature acted like it normally does. What a joke.

That was all bullshite. And I can tell you the facility where I work is WAY worse than the one that was spoken of that a "strike team" will be going into. I asked our admin yesterday if LDH had gone in to do anything/help/make suggestions and got a lol emoji as a reply.

My understanding is that the Miguez plan is to vacate the ENFORCEMENT portion of the EO. Meaning you can still have contraflow coordinated by whoever does that .. you can still have the LDH working/doing their thing.

Am I totally off? Some of those questions were in my mind from left field. And then they wouldn't allow the AG office/rep to answer questions that were asked??

IDK who Blake is but one in particular on that committee seems to have personal issue with him.

Filled with lies?? How the heck can you keep a whole state closed when some areas are good to go?? And how can he straight face lie about regions going up when they did not??

Don't blame me ... I voted for the other guy.

No doubt. Duplessis was never going to be in favor of this bill. He is a dem who is going to bat for JBE. But he had personal issues with Blake on a 2A bill Blake filed or supported last year apparently and chose to get his pound of flesh in committee.
