well he said and texted all of these things, but contends that it's ok because he didn't REALLY mean any of it, just expressions.

I hope there is a bigger picture here because Strzok saying mean things in a text is not going to send anyone to prison.
The bigger picture is that they initiated the Russia investigation with extreme bias and likely under the direction of Obama. Unfortunately stuff at that level will be likely completely spoken conversations and never tied to it.
They were so deranged and so angry they tried to use their authority to investigate Trump on ridiculous pretense. The amount of "unmasking" alone should have sent someone to jail, and happened by Susan Rice for fricks sake. They wiretapped Trump for fricks sake based on what? They had an agenda, they thought something was there on Trump/Russia, and there wasn't.
The crime is not the mean text, the crime is what the mean texts led them to do, and if the mean texts can reveal that.
