The main thing I was looking forward to with the Matt Gaetz nomination was transparency. Lay it all out on the table an follow the evidence of whatever it is. My first choice was Ken Paxton and I waw pleasantly surprised by the Matt Gaetz nomination. I don't think we will get Ken Paxton because Paxton and John Cornyn in the senate are mortal enemies and Cornyn is powerful enough to block Paxton.
People like Matt Gaetz and Ken Paxton have a different mindset. Right now the FBI and DOJ see a target and get evidence to indict or charge that target. They did it with Trump, they did it with pro-life Catholics, they did it with J6ers, they did it with school board moms, they even did it with Matt Gaetz to no avail.
The current DOJ/FBI needs a 180 flip. Evidence first then follow the evidence to a target.

Any hint of "swamp" freaks people out, I get it. But, the Senate just has too much power, there is not much DJT can do. All you can do is try to keep a close eye on a few of the picks.

I personally don't know much about Wiles. You know my feeling on the foreign policy choices, I'm not going to re-hash it. Everything else has been solid IMO.

I think Bondi will be great, despite what Graham thinks. She'll be a solid choice whereas Graham's spine has a tendency to disappear.

I think it's okay to be ideologically MAGA right now and call out many of these nominees faults. I also know that none of these nominees will be perfect so we have to take the good with the bad. That is life.
But the thing that gives me hope about the Bondi pick is that I believe she is easily manipulated and as long as MAGA is doing the manipulating and she can steer the DOJ in the right direction.
Right now the nominees for second and third in line at the DOJ are Todd Blanche and Emile Bove. Those two guy are legal technicians and were also Trump defense attorneys for the Lawfare against him at the federal and state levels. They lived the life and have proven they are MAGA. They will do heavy lifting at the DOJ under Bondi. I get a strong sense Bondi will listen to them and she would be smart to do so.

It's becoming apparent to me that the Trump strategy with these nominations is to flood the zone. Go in hard and fast. A lot of these nominees won't make it but the goal it to keep the senate and media opposition flat footed.
