Not relevant to anything other than living rent free in your noggin.

Saying the 1% will magically pay for something they don’t have the assets to pay for doesn’t make it magically happen.

Let the adults talk. You can join when you’re ready to be rational.

I wonder if the dems would agree to a tax raise for the rich but for the poor you can’t get back more money in taxes than you paid in?

Now I disagree with that. You can be a net taker. shite happens.

But as a net taker, in regards to income taxes, you should give up your right to vote.

Corporations are not people. They are A legal entity comprised of contracts and assets. People may comprise s party in one or many of those contracts

Interesting.

Did the corporation magically incorporate itself?

Does the corporation operate with no human involvement?

When a corporation is taxed, who sees to it that the tax is paid?

When you take more from corporations, you take more from the people who comprise/own the corporation. That’s us, to be blunt.

And what % of national income do they earn? I'll help you - it's probably 20-21%.

What percentage of total federal tax collected is income taxes?

Surely during your research you were able to take a look at the way taxes used to be structured.
I have .... A yacht moored in the BVI's was a write-off. A private plane was a write off. Livestock sales were a write-off. Oil&Gas venture capital was a write off. Meanwhile, the middle quintile paid a higher percentage of income tax than it does today.

Be careful what you ask for when addressing something you don't understand. Because when you get it, it might come with an unexpected curbstomping.

You just figured this out through research? I'm guessing that, until know, you are one of those voters that lying arse politicians have been targeting for decades with their promises to "make the rich pay their fair share". Only in Idiot Nation can these politicians get away with this dishonest rhetoric.

Fix your sarcasm meter.

Maybe target that sort of comment towards the geniuses in here who believe paying almost half of the income tax in the country isn’t enough.

Some operate with minimal but typically s company will contract with employees to do labor.

Whoever the company contracts with to do their taxes. Maybe employees or not. The responsibility for accurate financials is again defined in the the charter and employment agreements.

Yes and no. You take away potential profit distributions from the company is what is really happening. Now they may use those profits or have obligations on those profits to fidtribute in addition to taxes based again on whatever contracts they agreed to as a company

It will never be enough. Now the IRS wants to look at everyone's bank accounts to see what goes in and what goes out.

So what is the end game here? Say my household makes 100K a year(so I'm banking say 75K) and we have a modest mortgage and one car note. So my bank account sees $6,250 a month and after all my bills I am left with 2K a month.

Are they going to come along and then say well obviously I can pay more because I have a surplus, because the woman down the street ends each month with $100. So they need to increase my tax so they can lower her's.

LOL .....Maybe I would have sensed the sarcasm if there weren't so many ignorant people in this country that have no idea whose taxes fund the federal government and all it's social spending?

That’s a lot of word salad to state that you agree that without people corporations didn’t exist and levying taxes on corporations is to levy taxes against the individuals that comprise the corporation.

The ultra rich have accountants and attorneys who they pay to get out of paying taxes. Also, something like 100 people have more wealth than the bottom 90 percent, to say they pay their “fair share” is a complete joke.
