Lighting up federal buildings with rainbow colors, government accounts changing their emblems, flying the flag on government buildings
we're getting pretty close
The federal government honors MLK, too, but I am not aware of any claim that doing so constitutes a state religion.

Something you need to remember when it comes to the left: they're lying when they tell you they don't want the goverment preaching about or using power to enforce morality. What they mean is they want the government preaching about and enforcing only the morality they agree with.
Mr Libertarian appears to have the same mindset.

Okay,
But can you draw a correlation to a school sexual event to a religious school event?
Well as a Christian I don't think there is any correlation between discussing Jesus and a school event in which sexual activities or deviancies are practiced, but if the consequence of holding the Christian event is that we have to tolerate satanists and pedophiles in our schools I'd rather ban all of it and make schools focus on education only.
You want to hear about Jesus go to church or use a voucher to go to Christian school. You want to go to public school you should learn about core educational subjects and be prepared for college or the trades, end of story.

We don't honor MLK for a month and cover entire streets with flags like it's the third reich. I can't think of anything in America right now that is so universally pushed on the public by America's institutions like Pride/LGBTQ stuff. Can you?

Serious question ... To what do you attribute that exponential increase?
First, some percentage of people who would have been just as gay (but closeted) a century ago are admitting their orientation publicly and living their lives accordingly.
Second, the more-general level of acceptance is probably opening the door to more experimentation. But those who are basically straight will end up living their lives as basically straight.
Third, there is a "trendiness" factor that is probably nothing more than a passing fad.
Fourth, some people have always just liked to troll.
What percentage is attributable to each? No idea.

Hes 100% defending teaching small children about homosexuality without parental invvement and has no fricking clue why grown ups are against it
He trusts the gubmint to teach his kids about this shite

Christianity, ... Secular Humanism, Wicca, Jainism

A lot of things that are disallowed for Christianity do not constitute "adoption of an established state religion."

I don't necessarily disagree, but nobody's even attempting to hold "Proud to be a Christian Day" as part of a normal school day, complete with teachers encouraging the indoctrination.

I get it, but the lesson classical liberalism holds for us is that the former will be barred eventually, and on a neutrality basis that somehow doesn't apply to the latter
that's pretty much the world you're living in now, no?

Nah, it's a worldview, complete with a moral code, etc etc etc.
If it doesn't violate the establishment clause to say the homosexuality is morally normal and acceptable, then it doesn't violate it to say the opposite. You'd be OK with that, right? A "Gay is Unnatural Day" where kids are told that it's deviant and not part of Mother Nature's plan.

No that barn door is open and it's not closing.
The next step of deviancy to be pushed as normal/prideful will be pedophilia.
...and it's slowly already happening.
