bragging about how bad arse you are for killing your own horse (I understand it was necessary FTR), but then shaming someone who is taking their dog to the vet to have them humanely euthanized
Not what I was doing at all. I was trying to relate to cubbies because I had to do a similar thing. Then she comes back and tries to virtual signal (like lefties do all the time) that it's not in her nature to kill, which is a complete lie (because she's taking the dog to the vet to have someone else do it). Had she been honest and said something like "It has to be done, but I just can't do it to my dog and am going to pay someone else to do it." Nothing further would have been said from me. My wife was crying took a drive while I took care of the horse. Shooting that horse was the hardest thing I've ever done, but he's not in pain anymore.

Is that not the message the FDA letter carried?
It is, and if that’s all we’d gotten we wouldn’t have gotten the sycophants vs the TDS on it would we?

The fact that you chose to misinterpret what she said says a lot about you. Either you are dumb or you are angry. You choose

Any person with more than 5 brain cells clearly understood she was saying it’s not in her nature to do the actual killing. Like I said, you are clearly easily triggered.

Trump can’t help himself. He’s actually kind of a drama queen.

Unexpectedly??? Maybe if the doctors were stupid. Other doctors were not so stupid and knew better.

TDS is eating your brain.

Neither Donald Trump or RFK, Jr. concluded anything. They cited a study from the Dean of Harvard's Public Health with was funded by the NIH.

Tylenol, brand of J&J, itself made a public statement they did not recommend pregnant women use Tylenol.

If Donald Trump said not to drink your own piss you'd be procuring every drop of your own urine and drinking it with every meal.

Exactly. She was Virtue Signaling how it is not in her nature to kill, right after attacking White Men and those who own guns. But she wanted pity for driving her pet to the vet to have it KILLED. I understood exactly what she was doing and called her out for it. Just like I called you out. All these times you've tried to "signal" that you are so much smarter and better than others. You're just over-compensating for your own inadequacies. Like I said, whatever it takes to get you thru the day.

I'm all ears. Discuss the covid related pulmonary physiology which expectedly (in your estimation) led to poor outcome in mechanically ventilated patients.

Are you contending that light therapy isn't a thing, and didn't show promise against covid?

I guess we should have just blindly followed Fauci. even after he said Covid wouldn't be a concern in the US, and that the flu (the thing that disappeared for years) would be a far bigger problem.

Well if perception is ANY use of Tylenol causes Autism, that’s not what the cited study says at all.

Second, needing to be on Tylenol for four weeks plus suggests confounding conditions. What risk factors for developmental disorders are present from that ailment?

Better? No. Smarter w/respect to medical discussions compared to the average TD poster? Buddy, that’s not virtue signaling, those be the facts. Why does it upset you so much?

CV19 caused injury to capillaries instead of Alveolar epithelium. The use of positive pressure (they probably should have used a lower pressure) caused damage to the lungs.

Not uniformly.
Damage occurred in what was eventually demarcated phenotypically into L and H groups.

Vascular damage was the predominant pathological culprit in L phenotypes. Those were the atypical presentations confounding intensivists early in the pandemic. Primary H phenotypes were basically indistinct from classic ARDS. The nuances were first recognized and reported in the literature in April 2020, at the same point Trump made his disinfectant comments.

Hence, "at the time (April 2020), outcomes of mechanically ventilated CV19 patients were terrible, unexpectedly so. Scientists were considering options to alter that." Just as I told you.
