In that regard, the announcement was relevant and important
They don’t. They suggest there may be a connection because more than half the studies showed a possible connection.
Almost half don’t. So at best this should have a release by the FDA on the studies with a recommendation to avoid use during pregnancy with commentary about additional research being planned.

You’re not more blunt. You’re just not as smart as him. He is able to articulate his position. You aren’t.

That’s is precisely what they show.

Are we just going to ignore that the Trump administration has been bullying Harvard for not operating as an extension of the Trump administration since he was inaugurated? Trump starting threatening Harvard in March. Beginning in April, Trump froze billions in funding to Harvard for various illegitimate reasons
quote:Yep. This is a delusional conclusion derived from a delusional opinion
Now we're supposed to believe that Harvard is acting without any bias or fear of further retaliation from the Trump administration?

If you are referring to that tweet, you need to understand there is a difference between "not recommending" something vs "advising against" something

Yes, and the reason for that is the causal link between smoking and cancer is strong.
Are you claiming the scientific case is similar

My problem was with the way things were rolled out in the press conference
At least you admitted it unlike those bricks for brains grind and doc, et al

That’s not what the studies show, there is a high margin of error. That’s why I used the term “suggest” in that they suggest there may be.

Except that the correlation disappeared when confounding variables were controlled and they were sibling controls. That is the conflicting research that they magically left out yesterday.

The government does need to stay out of personal advisement (health, nutritional, financial, etc.).

They all supported a dementia patient for President and voted for a candidate who sounded like a drunken sorority girl for huge portions of her campaign. Their need for competence is constantly subjugated to their political desires.

This thread has been derailed... I swear I had a decent back and forth with Tigerdoc many pages ago.
OnGrindr though, is never good for a chat. I think he's a highly frustrated PA or something taking out his anger on various people on this board.
