I have a feeling Bragg is not getting the consensus from the grand jury that he needs, thus the delay today. Hopefully there is someone that sits on that grand jury with a modicum of integrity and self conscience.

Judge Judy Pirro was saying that the GJ only needs a majority for an indictment. It’s a very low standard.
