Even eating produce right now is likely dangerous due to the pesticides that introduces to our digestive systems.
Right now too much of even our “healthy” food is garbage treated with industrial chemicals and marketed as beneficial.
But by and large anything not on the perimeter of a grocery store is even worse outside of canned and frozen goods.
