But he was pardoned by Biden. Does his pardon only apply to J6 stuff or was it a blanket pardon? I honestly don’t remember.
Of his prosecution rides on having the pardons overturned, then we’ll likely see no action. I think the auto pen nullification is a very long shot.

The intention of the pardon was never to allow people to be criminals. And that’s exactly what the result of a blanket pardon would be, the pardoned would indeed be “above the law”.
We should be willing to test this, what mechanism would stop a prosecution? That is, if there is a case worth prosecuting which I’m sure there is. Schiff is a professional liar, his head looks like it’s going to explode from hot air.
I personally think Patel and I suppose Bongino are taking a slow burn to start making these frickers nervous and paranoid so they eventually turn on eachother. Not satisfying for those that want immediate justice, but likely much more effective

Too much hyperbole. There are many criminals in Congress. Nancy Pelosi is the worst.
