James Comer(R-KY):

I don’t need to add anything to this. Page 14 of my unpublished wisdom book says: the space between words is the most important sound you will ever hear when listening to people positioning for influence or affluence. Learn how to hear what they don’t say, and others will think you are wise beyond imagining.
Hit play and just watch for 30 seconds. Prompted:
LINK queued up at 13:52.
NOTE: James Comer from the state of Kentucky (think Mitch McConnell) was specifically installed by the GOPe as the ranking member of the House Oversight and Govt Affairs Committee (replacing Jim Jordan, June 2020), as a proactive move by the DeceptiCons, for exactly this insurance policy.
If Republicans get the House in the mid-terms, Comer becomes Chairman of the House Oversight Committee. Do you remember the concept of “Chaff and Countermeasures”? Fast-n-Furious, IRS targeting, etc. James Comer is specifically installed to block and wreck any House oversight effort into FBI, DOJ and Biden corruption. It’s likely Comer has a zipper problem that the Fourth Branch know about.

I think you might be missing the point:

People like Jim Jordan, Matt Gaetz, Mike Johnson, etc. who are far smarter and very America First will be blocked from House leadership assignments after the midterms.
We always say, "talk to me when they do something about it". Well, the placement of Jim Comer into a House leadership position is the reason why "nothing is done about it".
The establishment cannot have people like Gaetz, Jordan or Johnson in leadership positions. Why? Because, "something will be done about it".

McCarthy will be dumped and so will this guy. Another 2 years of *investigations* won’t cut it. We’ve seen that dog n pony show too many times already. R’s owned Congress and not ONE Subpoena. ‘Invitations’ to testify and the likes of Wray lie their arse off. Going down. As well it should. Rotten to the core.

Why. Oh. Why. Is the GOPe so wretched?
And how the actual frick did Gaetz and Jordan let this happen?

I think we need to come to the understanding that our GOPe representatives, for the most part, do not represent us. They never write legislation. They are sales people. Their job is to stump for the people lobbying for organizations and specific causes. For example the biggest lobbyist in DC is the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce represents multinational companies. These multinational companies have two main goals in mind to keep corporate profits high: 1. open borders, 2. the concept of "free trade" (where there is not reciprocity...means they can import to America freely but China can impose massive tariffs). The U.S. Chamber pays for these candidates campaigns and in return these candidates are put in leadership positions to promote the U.S. Chamber's goals or block and obfuscate any measures that may hurt their goals.
Another example would be military contractor lobbyists. They have the likes of Kinzinger, Cheney, Graham, etc. being very hawkish and promoting war on foreign policy.

While yes you may be correct but spouting “ we are going to impeach Joe Biden “ at this point is not what anyone should be saying . Wait till the morning after the election as not to give ammunition or scare independents
