Some codes do. I'm no expert in the field, but some codes do.

Repeal the 1934 NFA.

.

It's unconstitutional.

Apply this to every other right protected by the constitution.

Start with speech and religion.

My garage could bear an M1 Abrams. My house is an extension of me. I don’t see the logic in your reasoning.

I'll take an M249 and an M32, please.

They owned cannons. And some of them owned warships.

As far as banning AR-15 and any rifle with a 30rd mag, that will do nothing. How many people did the V-Tech Student kill roaming the campus with a 9mm pistol?

If they ban guns, terrorists will use bombs; like they used to. Cant give an inch.

I watched a show last week on the top 101 weapons in the history of mankind, of course the nuclear bomb was #1 but it was crazy how many weapons the Germans got on the list.......several machine guns.

This is bypassing due process. Look how the medical community behaved during COVID. Do you want them to control the Second Amendment through diagnostic codes? That's exactly how this would go. Further, do the math on false positive rates using things like the Beck Depression Inventory and other stuff. This idea is wholly unconstitutional.

Only one reasonable position - forget about gun control and focus on criminal control.

Right now our country is focused on defunding the police, aiding in the rise of Black Americans and Transgenders.

Society has reached the point that they are more concerned with the rights of the criminals than they are with the rights of the policeman.

No where in all that is the US media concerned with more criminal discipline or sentences.

I believe that only by teaching a person a biblical and or moral teaching can our society change for the better...

I am not sure where it is, BUt the quote about a "Fear of God"... For example - That is a person knows that stealing is wrong.. But if they fear in their heart that God will know and punish them, then they do not steal.

also as a side note.. During this school shooting my guns were in the safe at home sleeping and being lazy... But yet for some reason I am not allowed to own a 1941 mp 40... or 1926 Thompson...

The first point of discussion is, the government is not intended to be a part of the discussion.

If you are playing a basketball game, do you let the other team pick their players AND Your players?

I welcome all the gun control you can come up with.

Just as long as I remain uninfringed.

Should've been a Glock 19.

How many lungs have nuclear weapons blown out of bodies? None.

The Glock 19 has blown them all out of all the bodies in the history of the world.

OK, I agree. As I said you have to nail down all the details to allow it.

And in reality, I also know that laws can't keep guns out of the hands of criminals.

I will fold on that POTUS.

The beauty of the second amendment is it’s not up for debate.

It is 100% up for debate, hence all of the amendments. The fact that the left and right can even agree on how the 2nd amendment should be interpreted is a good example of why this debate should happen.

Here's my suggestion for gun control:
1. possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime-
min. 25 yrs in jail, no parole.
2. discharging a firearm during the commission of a crime -
min 50 yrs in jail.
