Letitia James asks judge to dismiss mortgage fraud case (as being simply) vindictive
She ain't wrong about the motivation.

No question that Trump has been subjected to some BS litigation, but this case is pure vengeance.

Hey dumbass, familiar to what? Tell us in your familiar case, did that argument work, or did it go to trial?

The best thing about all this vindictive stuff as I’ve learned all the rules I don’t have to follow and worry about anymore

If she did it then it is not.

She ran on literally being vindictive against Trump; and using the law in phony cases-to get him out.

Yup, if it wasn’t for double standards, democrats would have no standards at all.

Yes New York is paying slow Letitia pro's legal bills

I still don’t know how this is possible? She committed this crime before being AG in another state? No NY citizen is suing the state over this?

Yes, and many argued that he couldn't have committed any crimes because of it. It was silly then and is silly now.

I don’t recall seeing that argument. Clearly he didn’t commit a crime in the mortgage fraud case.

The charge really is bullshite on close examination.

How so? Be specific since you have closely examined. (Of course you haven’t, and are just lying as per usual)

I don't give a frick if it is vengeance or not. She's a crooked bitch. Did she break the law? Yes? Straight to jail, bitch. It's time to clean this government of these corrupt pieces of shite.

SFPs take on the differences in mortgage fraud cases of cheeto and letitia would be hilarious

Fair, the wording could be cleaned up a bit.

But similar concept. The argument was the political motivation invalidated any state response, criminal or civil.

No laws were changed for the state actions against Trump (again, civil or criminal).

I'd love to see how wrong you'd be guessing.

I have my take time-stamped so I can't change it.

I'd love to see how wrong you'd be guessing. So feel free to give what you're assuming/thinking my takes will be.
