No. This was just faux outrage after one if the debates that Trump won. He was asked a gotcha question about “if he would accept the results if he lost” (Hillary was not asked the same stupid question), and he refused to answer and said “you will have to wait to find out”. Media ran with it hard in their talking points the next day.
