1.) The bladder can hold a good deal of urine.
2.) A liquid on a flat surface can cover a lot of area. (Don't believe me? Pour a 12 ounce can of Coke on your kitchen table.)
3.) Cement/stone is porous and will wick up liquid. He probably pissed on the flags and maybe some splashed on the walls, but you can tell from the even height of the wet line on the walls that it is from being pulled up.
