I’m vehemently opposed to allowing this to happen but can someone give me a good argument why this is a Federal issue and not a state issue? I understand in college because you are playing different states but in high school sports I don’t understand how it’s a Federal issue.

Problem even if someone can agree after complete transition ( I do not) that’s not even what’s happening. Thats only the start. It ends with if you identify. No hormones, no actual transition. Once that because universal, womens sports and the opportunity to get scholarships will demolish and be given in reality to more Men! How does this help women? How can the party defend it to women?
